Together with two payroll administrators, you will ensure a streamlined Compensation & Benefits department within a growing organization. What will you be doing? You will process and verify payroll changes, prepare clear overviews and reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions. Naturally, you will handle confidential information with care and discretion.

YOUR CAREER 🚀 What you will do

Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all tasks related to payroll administration;

Answering questions from the organization regarding laws and regulations, collective bargaining agreements, pension plans, employee insurance, and other employment conditions;

Assisting with the processing and management of data in the HR and payroll application;

Staying up to date on developments in the field of payroll administration and contributing ideas for improvements and potential implementations.
YOUR TALENTS 🌟 What you bring

A completed MBO+ or HBO degree in a relevant field such as HR, Finance, or administration;

Preferably, you hold the Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL);

2 to 3 years of work experience in payroll or HR administration—experience with Visma is a plus;

Basic knowledge (or experience with) HR and payroll systems;

Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
