As Team Leader R&D Electro, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Electro R&D team, while also actively contributing to technical projects yourself. The role combines leadership, technical expertise, and process assurance, with the goal of delivering high-quality, future-proof electrical control solutions within R&D.

Your talents

Experience in industrial automation & control engineering;

Knowledge of EPLAN, ProPanel, and/or PLC environments;

A down-to-earth, pragmatic attitude, allowing you to work decisively and switch between detail and the big picture;
