Vencosteel

Just across from the Venco Campus, you’ll find our production facility: Vencosteel. Not your typical metal company – innovation is at the core of everything we do. With a fully upgraded machine park and paperless operations enabled by our MES implementation, we’re moving forward every day. Our more than sixty skilled professionals work towards one shared goal: producing the best steel. Each year, that adds up to more than 6.5 million kilograms steel.

Vencosteel operates at full capacity six days a week. The workweek starts on Monday 6:00 a.m. and runs through Saturday afternoon. This is achieved by day and evening shifts, with our machines running around the clock.

At Vencosteel, we work across several departments:

• Punching and laser cutting
• Bending
• Mechanical: turning, milling and sawing
• Assembly
• Welding
• Logistics and warehouse
• Work preparation

We also invest heavily in training and development. Our people are trained on the job and continue to grow in practice. Vencosteel is recognized as a training company in the Kempen region, offering internships and work-study (BBL) opportunities.
